What I gave up in last 15 days:

Sugar, ghee, butter, chips, candies, chocolates, namkeen, junk foods, cookies, biscuits, occasional sodas.

What I added:

Seeds, nuts, dates, salads, oats, sprouts, apples, carrots, beets, will add olive oil, and only home cooked food.

120 degrees x 15 mins

Don’t raise the temperature further.

Have you ever seen AC water being used for farming?

Came across this fascinating example from Odisha, where an agri-entrepreneur is using water drained from air conditioners for hydroponic farming.

He collects around 200-300 litres of AC water every month in a drum and uses it for lily farming in an indoor, controlled environment.

He says hydroponic farming generally uses distilled water, making AC condensate a useful alternative.

A smart way to put what would otherwise be wasted water to good use.
