@amazonIN @amazon @AmazonHelp The service is beyond pathetic. I have an authorised apple centre confirm that the product is fake and the place Is listed on the website! Amazon claims this letter to be invalid! They also don’t know what a valid letter is! Frustrated & helpless!

I have always trusted @amazonIN for it’s amazing service but not anymore! After paying 90k for an Apple Watch, they sent me a duplicates Chinese product and wouldn’t take ownership of it and constantly asking me to talk to apple support! Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!
