Very disappointed with Flipkart @flipkartsupport .
Delivery agent asked me to travel 10 km to collect my order despite choosing home delivery. When I refused, the order was rescheduled without my approval — and even today it’s not delivered.

If delivery isn’t on time, customers should be refunded with interest or proper compensation. You already take full payment at the time of order — then why should customers bear the loss for delayed service?
