‘Six years ago I was an inpatient at a psychiatric hospital, with a diagnosis of complex PTSD and a high suicide risk. Fast forward to now and I’m working in this space to raise awareness of mental health. So… this year, due to Lightbulb, I have featured in VOGUE, The Telegraph, Metro, The Times, Woman's Weekly and BBC Radio.
