Spent most of this week rebuilding a client's GoHighLevel funnel because the original had five steps between ad click and calendar booking. Cut it to two and their show-up rate jumped almost overnight. It's a pattern I see a lot: businesses add automation to feel more professional, but every extra step is a chance for someone to leave. If you're building funnels, the question isn't how much you can automate, it's how little a customer needs to see before they book. Simpler wins more than clever does.
