The issue was that she shut down people who were simply asking questions to make sure the accusation wasn’t false. That’s not defending rape that’s asking for due process. And as we now know, the accusation turned out to be false, which proves why scrutiny matters.

If you want to carry water for her, at least stick to the real context. Acting like anyone who asked for evidence was encouraging rape is manipulative and dishonest. Supporting victims does not require silencing questions or abandoning fairness.
