Here's one that's pretty much a Manhattan but also not. Using Dry Vermouth as the base here instead of Rye, swapping the Sweet Vermouth for Benedictine, and using Absinthe instead of Bitters.

Using Odd Society Spirits new Oaken Gin Release as the base here for what had essentially started as a Bee Knees then morphed in a Fizz. A Small hint of Anise from the Raki takes this from a simple Fizz to something a little more special.
