Just wanted to let all know about the fake promises our very famous Swiggy does.
So a few days back, we ordered something and the delivery partner took a wrong turn and than canceled the order saying you have entered the wrong location.
When we reached out to the support, they first dragged us here and there that you need to contact here or write email etc.
After that one of their support named SYED ABDULLA ALI assisted and gave us information that we didn’t responded to the call and therefore the order got canceled and have been charged the full amount of the order.
I gave him proof and screenshot of the number that we were on call with the delivery partner throughout and he just ended the chat saying write an email.
Reaching the team through email and playing multiple email games, one of their agent Saniya Begum promised us that they are reversing the cancellation charges and still after few days there was no refund done. On replying to that email again, the next agent Danish clearly denied that this is not possible and after answering them with the proof that I have been promised a refund for my order, now they all are ghosting us, no reply nothing.

I mean what the hell? @Swiggy Train your agents to support customers as we are trusting you guys with our money and this is the shitty services and experience that you are providing us! What a big shame and false commitment!
I mean what an absolute pleasure it was to order from your platform and reach out to your wonderful and super efficient and dedicated customer service support.

@OlaElectric I purchased Ola from Gwalior trade fair with RTO 50% off and one of your employees there mentioned about paying fully to get refund of RTO within 10 days. It’s been 40 days that I haven’t received any refund for the same. 
The amount was approximately Rs.3000.

@airtelindia Pathetic service it's been 3 days as now my issue is not solved engineer is not picking up the calls. Customer support is giving fake promises wrost company i don't know,why i left Jio and took Airtel. Rescheduling my complaint again and again 10256690743.
