Judges have no say-so on internal shots written up by BOP staff. All Owen has to do is appeal this shot - nothing in his phone call was or is illegal. The phone call was recorded by someone he was talking to over the federal phone system, hence the audio watermark that says "This is a call from a Federal Prison." This is just more nonsense from the left and you Ed, who want to punish their opposition for no reason.

I did 8 months in federal solitary - it's nothing to laugh at. Again, he didn't say or do anything wrong in that call. He didn't threaten anyone. He was extremely positive and was talking about how grateful he was to be in general population. You're a BS artist and you know it.

But you know, they believe in "prison reform" - only when it's election time of course. I've been in federal prison and I've seen how hard people work to change their lives for the better. It's hard to make it home in one piece, much less, change yourself for the better. Likewise, it's a shame that Democrats do a blue-22 fake-out on the black community when it comes to prison reform. It's hard for a person to reform, while also fighting for the right of others to reform, while Democrats like this guy are constantly reminding everyone of a reformed fighter's past. It makes you wonder what's in his past. But if you let him tell it - he's perfect.

Although they deny this, court records back me up! Their history already shows they've duped people by promoting multi-level marketing programs (MLMs) and high-yield investment programs (HYIPs). The latter is a type of Ponzi scheme, a scam that promises unrealistic high returns on investment by paying previous investors with the funds from the new ones. This seems to be their M.O.: deceiving people on a grand scale to line their own pockets.
