We cannot consider #AI to be morally neutral. In reality, every technical tool embodies choices and priorities through what it measures, ignores, and optimizes, and how it classifies people and situations. Ethical discernment cannot be limited to asking whether we are using a system for good or bad purposes. It must also examine how that system is designed and what vision of the human person and society is embedded in the data and models that guide it. #MagnificaHumanitas
A historic moment: the main tower of the Sagrada Família has finally been completed
The day before, it was consecrated by Pope Leo XIV, marking the 100th anniversary of the death of the great architect Antoni Gaudí.
The 172.5-meter Tower of Jesus Christ has become the tallest part of the church, and the Sagrada Família is now considered the tallest Christian structure in the world.
Construction of the basilica began in 1882. Gaudí died in 1926 without ever seeing his main masterpiece completed.
However, this is still not the final stage: interior work and the main entrance still remain. So the world’s most famous long-term construction project is officially not finished yet.

NEW: San Francisco n*dists save a Brazilian tourist after a "pirate" tried blowtorching him.
This may be the most San Francisco thing I've ever seen.
The incident reportedly happened in the Castro district, a "gay-friendly neighborhood."
N*dists Pete Sferra and Lloyd Fishback jumped into action after a nearby coffee shop worker snatched the blowtorch away from the "crazy kind of pirate guy."
"My buddy Lloyd is a quiet, respectful guy. But he didn’t waste any time and got the guy with a right hook," said Sfarra.
38-year-old Zero Triball, who is known for causing problems in the area, was arrested.
"We just want to be seen as good contributing members of the community," Sferra added.
you can always tell who was actually poor and who's just an Ivy League shitlib LARPing because the latter romanticizes aspects of poverty that real poor people desperately want to escape.
when they think "noisy neighborhood," their mind conjures up some abuela playing tropipop out her breezy open window while she makes empanadas as a table of Chinese men laugh and play Mahjong on the street -- literal Hollywood movie shit.
in reality, the noise of poverty is the woman next door screaming while she's getting beaten up by her drunk boyfriend, a schizo man shouting obscenities outside of your apartment window, and the blaring siren of ambulances coming to collect yet another overdose.
