I respected Mr. Ratan Tata a lot! But with his death you guys stopped servicing people. Code share flight! No web check in! One saying check with the other! #crezy #customerharassment @consumerforum_

[Tata Group @TataCompanies]

A life that shaped generations. Today, we remember our Chairman Emeritus Ratan N Tata with deep respect.
