@AshwiniVaishnaw @IndianRailMedia @RailMinIndia The Howrah-Barbil Janshatabdi Express (Train No. 12021/12022) has been running up to 12 hours late for the past year. The coaches are rusted and poorly maintained. This needs immediate attention to ensure better service and safety .
