Getting so sick of:
"I got tired of [app] so I 'killed it' and created [shitty AI clone]"
No. You wasted > $200 in tokens creating slop hoping to make gains from copying the hard work of others.
Creating software is cheap. Maintaining it is not. Maintaining quality is everything.
So many devs and designers are scared right now about the value of their skills. If you ask me the value of being a good designer or engineer has never been higher.
Quality is what sets you apart.
The Asahi project was all about taking something closed and restricted and opening it up.
Adding new restrictions that make it harder for other projects to build on that is not the way. And that AI rejection is just silly.
You can't start a new session / clear context in @bot?
This seems very confusing to me, i don't wanna start a new task in the same old session where the previous messages are completely irrelevant
How do you handle this?
@theo@neilsuperduper@robinebers it is the exact same type of confusion as with the ChatGPT, where now you have ChatGPT -> Chat/Work OR Codex
it's such a bad design decision tbh
i think that the "coding parts" of the app should be in its own separate app Codex/Claude Code
please @t3dotcodes merge those PRs adding enviroment filters finally, it's so annoying having the sidebar cluttered with other enviroment's sessions
especially the "no project" ones, because they all share the same one
@levelsio Btw for those of you who wanna buy the cheap Hetzner vps and find them unavailable all the time: use this tracker (not mine, just used it recently and itโs amazing) https://t.co/qfeciBv6Rs
you can setup discord notifications or webhooks too when your desired server is available
