In December 2024, my life changed forever.
My dad was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma (blood cancer) and Chronic Kidney Disease. We spent Christmas in the hospital, and since then he has been on constant treatment and dialysis.
Doctors have now said his only chance at long-term recovery is a kidney and bone marrow transplant.
As a family, we’ve done everything we can, but the cost is far beyond us. We’re hoping to raise $100,000 to support his transplant and post-surgery care.
This is hard to share, but we believe in community.
If you can, please donate and share to help us keep him here 🤍
Goal: $100,000
Purpose: Kidney & Bone Marrow Transplant
lagos does not smell. 'smell' does not fully capture the urgency of its putridness. lagos has a stench. a malodour. it stinks, just like its sister in madness, onitsha.
Today I realised something I’ve been doing for a hot minute now is largely avoiding consuming content that makes me outraged. So many videos I won’t watch, so many issues I won’t comment on because I have better things I want to do with my emotions than be outraged.
