It blows my mind that athletes get cramps during games. If you are in a sport that doesn’t require a weigh in how do you possibly cramp up? There is nothing stopping you from eating and drinking whatever you need for competition.

6th at cadet team trials this weekend (u17 freestyle usmc us open) not completely what i wanted but happy to come home with something and not empty handed!
