Dear @airindia, as a regular passenger between Paris and Delhi for the last 4 years, not a single time did i notice your flights to be praise-worthy! Broken corners, cracking noises, screens that wouldn't work and remotes that fall off! Every moment in those flights felt scary.

@airindia No more, an entire batch of students from Paris will say no to @airindia after I share this experience. We trust you to bring us home, and here I have returned home empty handed because of you.

@RNTata2000 I have been residing in Paris since 2021 and trusting @airindia for travel. Please note that AI 142(Paris-Delhi) is a flight with broken interiors, screens that people judge after paying so much. Poor hygiene of toilets! 2021 to 2024-nothing changed! @pariscdgairport

@RNTata2000 I am extremely disappointed by the services @airindia provides. Firstly they are not at all sorry for losing/misplacing my baggage for more than 24 hours and harassing me to this extent. They even did not have the minimum courtesy to provide compensation.
