The lady's name is Usha Patel, a woman of Gujarati origin who was working in Britain.
While travelling on a train, she happened to encounter a Muslim man. As has become common for some people after 2014, the moment they see a Muslim, they seem compelled to start their own version of patriotism.
The same happened here. The moment she saw the man, she allegedly started making abusive remarks like, Go to Pakistan! and Go to Morocco!
The Muslim man, who happened to be a doctor by profession, simply recorded the incident and called the police.
Well, this was Britain not a place where such behaviour earns applause. Instead of cheers, the law stepped in.
The police escorted the lady off the train and she was sent to jail.
Now she's back in Gujarat, enjoying the consequences of the bravery that earned her so much applause.

This annoying shameful event occurs when an influencer (almost always a podcast host who is not a domain/topic expert)...enables misinformation from another (almost always a pseudoscience practitioner/sympathizer/apologist)...and which gets endorsed by a third influencer (who may or may not be a celebrity, but is definitely stupid when it comes to science/health literacy).

Watch out for such podcasts/interviews and reject them.
