Колеги з мереж ДТЕК Київські електромережі запускають додатковий канал для звернень про відсутність світла від керуючих компаній та ОСББ після перевірки внутрішньобудинкових мереж.

Чому так?
Зараз колеги отримують десятки тисяч звернень від побутових клієнтів щодня. І за статистикою всього 15% - це звернення, що стосуються аварій на мережах та об’єктах ОСР. Решта стосується прибудинкових мереж, заявок про відсутність світла під час стабілізаційних або екстрених відключень. Тепер колеги зможуть більш ефективно працювати та спрямувати час на відпрацювання критичних заявок. Бо ресурс обмежений, аварій багато і треба, щоб бригади їздили туди, де це реально потрібно

Як цим скористатися?
Докладний алгоритм – на зображеннях. Звернення від ЖЕК/ОСББ будуть розглядатися окремо й першочергово.

А як же заявки від населення?
Заявки від населення теж прийматимуть. Але не треба робити 200 заявок від мешканців по одній адресі, якщо таку ж саму силу буде мати одна верифікована заявка від ОСББ.

Це назавжди?
Такий підхід точно буде використовуватися, поки ситуація зі світлом стабілізується.
