This Thanksgiving, as a person who is still awaiting a Covid-19 test result and still showing many symptoms of the virus... I really wish people would think twice before celebrating with their families, or be creative and proactive in taking extra precaution...

This Thanksgiving, I do not have my health to be thankful for. What I have is my home, and the support of my husband. Luckily my sense of taste is starting to come back, and therefore my appetite, so I am thankful that I will get to enjoy a nice meal today with somebody I love.
