Something very fishy is going on with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence tech support level. A connection loss every 25-30 mins despite being on the 200mbps plan of airtel black. The more I speak to the tech support & ground support the more frequently the problems are occurring.

My questions is why is there no process of screening or qualifying numbers before entering the database or alotting a new number. This is disappointing to the next level and I have been an airtel customer from the past 10 years and the service is as bad as it can be.

If you are planning to buy a new @airtelindia connection please be aware that there is no screening of old numbers done. If that number previously belongs to someone you are going to be the recipient of daily scrutiny just because @airtelnews failed to screen those numbers

My wife got a new number 3 months ago and we got to know that the previous owner of that number tool multiple loans and failed to pay. And now my wife is getting bombarded with calls from recovery departments and banks and only solution @Airtel_Presence has is to setup DND
