•Spare parts will arrive in 2 days, then 3 days, then 4 days – endless delays!

@boschindia I raised a complaint on 28th Oct 2024 (Service ID: 4241122577) regarding my Bosch washing machine. Despite repeated follow-ups, no resolution has been provided.
You assured a refund/replacement, but I am still waiting. Ignoring customers issues is unacceptable.
