@dmuthuk E20 fuel won't hurt your engine. The real issue is water in the e20 petrol. Petrol repels water, but ethanol absorbs it. Since petrol pumps aren't ready for this, and are designed for only PETROL.

rain mixes water into the e20 during the rain. That is creating problems.
