Need help. Very poor support from DTDC customer care. Premium charges but very poor customer support. Package booked to Bangalore still not delivered for 4 days despite the promise of 1 day delivery. No status update. Please help.

Axis mf mob app not usable. It asks for upgrade in mob app. But in App Store no upgrade available. Hence the app is unusable and quite annoying.

@EurekaForbes Still no one from the service center contacted. The problem is not sorted out.
Very poor service.

6 days and no responzse from customer service. Water purifier stops working. Service call raised on 6th October and no response from @EurekaForbes support. Very poor service. Their call center is very poorly managed.

My next water purifier is not from Eureka Forbes.
