@ManNguyen2000@SamyFarns@acher_2 They’re a Canadian team and played plenty of Canadian tournaments. Honestly, in the CUCs they played teams that are sanctioned by usau. Those games should probably count, but they don’t.
I agree. It’s a long and hard road, but it can be done. I’m living proof. Biggest piece of advise I have: Identify those that are toxic to your success and get as far as possible. Surround yourself with people that have similar goals and build your own safety net.

Given that pain treatments are often used to treat patients with colitis, it may be important to consider detrimental consequences of blocking pain. I’m happy to discuss any specifics of the study, especially the transciptomics. (3/3)

We show that in the absence of sensory neurons that mediate pain (i.e., nociceptors), the gut barrier is weakened. In a disease context sush as IBS, pain is a major symptom; however, acute pain and its accompanying release of CGRP may protect the gut barrier (2/3).
