@GemMcKing @MRF4591 @MSFT365Status I have cracked it. Log on to live account in safari. I did this in iPad. This will then let you send the code to your phone number. Then add a recovery email to your account. Go back to iPhone and log on in mail app using the recovery email instead of the password
