I did however, have to deal with a lot of judgement from people, and I can literally smell the difference when I walk out of my room (which according to my purifier is at 5-6 AQI) to my balcony at 120ish aqi).

Just saying a year after getting an expensive air purifier for my home and considering everything above 100 AQI as it should (wearing n95 masks). I have noticed a significant improvements to a variety of things I can do.

I can sleep better, saw better results while lifting weights, sharper sense of smell, better sleep, haven't caught a cold throught the year, my VO2 max went from 39 to 47.5. All this in bangalore which averages at 100-150 during winters and stays 80-130 during summers.
