also i did some maths and running 4 3 3 1 1 with hp 1 costs and sig with no hp subs gets u just shy of 35k (cap for all his conversions). i dont think theyll add a new 4 cost for his set to try and get people to pull his weapon moreso

@sinseijuice thats the theoretical cap ya but it doesnt look like u can realistically reach it in a rotation since u need ur allies to get 50 shields before he intros
