Despite the headline, @saylor hasn't sold a single personal Bitcoin. However, his company, Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy), just sold 1,638 BTC for $104.7 million, bringing their year-to-date corporate sales over $320 million.
But before you panic, here is the actual strategy behind the sell-off. As I discussed during my TV interview with @LadiWilliams on @channelstv back in December 2025, this shift in corporate treasury management is just as important today as it was yesterday.
Strategy is utilizing a "Digital Credit Capital Framework" to strategically manage corporate liquidity, fund high-yielding preferred dividends (STRC), and execute share buybacks. Itโs a corporate financing pivot, not a structural panic, and they still hold a staggering 842,138 BTC in reserve.
Watch the full breakdown to see why the market is completely misreading these headlines.
What's your take on Strategy's pivot?

Every purchase is an investment in something.
Some investments lose value the moment you make them.
Others continue to pay dividends for years.
Before spending your money, ask yourself:
Will this satisfy me for a moment, or strengthen my future?
