@Sladey_10 @chrisbrighty1 Think it is largely down to long term blood glucose control. Higher ranges dramatically reduce the effectiveness of the immune system. Good control should minimise additional risk. Impact of poor control on other elements of the body (kidneys etc) plays significant role too.
