PETRONAS-owned Setel Ventures and Standard Chartered have been fined by Bank Negara for breaching targeted financial sanctions requirements.

Setel was fined RM637,500 for failing to immediately update its sanctions database after the government published the domestic list.

People always talk about durian but mangosteen is the real fruit you should try when you’re in Southeast Asia

This fruit is super sweet and soft and doesn’t have the strong smell that comes with durian.

AEON Credit Service was fined RM520,000 by Bank Negara Malaysia for breaching targeted financial sanctions requirements.

The central bank found that the company had onboarded a sanctioned entity as a customer and delayed freezing the account upon confirmation.
