Why do men insist on lying so blatantly in order to justify their dehumanization of black women?

There is oodles of proof that we are literally judged based on the color of our skin rather than the content of our character, which is why COLORISM is a thing.

There is also lots of research showing that men prioritize physical appearance in a partner first and foremost, and lots of men will be honest about how they give passes for women they find attractive.

Then of course, there are the real world examples of how Latinas are perceived much more favorably than black women despite similar behavior (single motherhood, ratchetness, you name it), and the fact that “black women” are not a monolith and African women are also lumped in as “not desired” despite very different culture and behavior. The women over in Sudan are too busy being genocided and raped to have much of an “attitude” don’t you think.

It’s more honorable when men make up race pseudoscience shit about black women just being inherently ugly and masculine-looking than for men to attempt to rationalize and moralize their dislike of black women by pretending it’s as deep as our “character” when they obviously dgaf about that.
