There’s something deeply satisfying about finding your way back to yourself after feeling stuck for so long. Getting back into healthy routines, keeping promises to yourself, and slowly becoming someone you’re proud of again feels like coming home.
You need to genuinely care more about showing up to the process than what comes from it. This is the only way to actually stay consistent. You need to measure yourself by SHOWING UP, not by what your efforts produce (until you’re consistent enough to 100% trust you WILL show up).
It’s crazy that one day you’ll answer a call, open an email, or receive an invitation that changes the entire trajectory of your life. The life you’re praying for could begin with one ordinary moment. Just one moment is all we need.
You need boredom. A lot of it. Start by going on walks without music. No stimulation. No distractions of any kind. If you learn to sit with your own thoughts, for long enough, in time they will start serving you. You'll start having ideas once again. You'll start developing an extreme sense of clarity that will shift you into the next stage of your life. All by being bored, which is pretty insane.
