Kerem was interviewed at tonight’s exhibition. Full transcript below 👇

R: “First of all, how are you?”
Kerem: “I'm fine, how are you?”
R: “We're in a very stylish place. What would you like to say? You've toured the inside too”
Kerem: “Well, my friends, they've done something really great. We came to support them. The inside is amazing. The venue is great. That's why it's so good. And, well, it's a great addition to the art world. So we're all excited. We're happy. I had already heard about this project. Now that it's come to life, it's become even better. And as I said, I'm very happy for my friends too”
R: “What are you all up to? How's it going? Were you in Italy recently? How was it?”
Kerem: “It was beautiful, beautiful. It was very beautiful. I mean, meeting with the brands I work with, representing our country in some way, it’s really honorable and very enjoyable. So it was a good experience. Yes, apart from that, things will slowly start to pick up. Filming will begin”
R: “Which shoots will start first?”
Kerem: “First of all, the film project will start. Nuri Bilge Ceylan. They've already started filming. I heard they're working quite intensely. I'll be joining them. And then there will be other shoots. I can't say anything definite yet because it's still in the signing stage, but I like working on projects”
R: “You said shooting will start, but what kind of story will we see you in? What kind of character will we see you in?”
Kerem: “Unfortunately, I can't give anything away. So we'll see when it comes out”
R: “Okay, you've been in many projects. You've achieved many successes, but what do you pay attention to when choosing a project now? Does this change over time? Has it ever changed?”
Kerem: “I think it definitely changes a lot over time. So, as you get older, your perspective changes a lot, of course. The things you want to do change. When I first started, it was a bit more drama-oriented. Then, especially in recent years, because I wanted to laugh and make others laugh, I did more comedy-oriented work. Now we'll see. It depends a bit on the situation. But I think there's a sense of relief. I mean, as you get older...”
R: “You're one of those who don't change as they get older”
Kerem: “I don't know about that.”
R: “They say it in terms of appearance”
Kerem: “I don't know. But yes, I'm getting older. So we'll see”
R: “Do you have any such concerns?”
Kerem: “No, no.”
R: “What kind of old person do you imagine yourself to be? Do you have such dreams?”
Kerem: “I guess I'd be an old person living on a tiny island, fishing, in a quiet, peaceful place”
R: “Are there children and grandchildren in that dream?”
Kerem: “I don't know. If I'm lucky, if I'm lucky, God willing”
R: “How is your summer going? What are your vacation plans?”
Kerem: “It's going well. My family came, so I can spend time with them. And after that, as I said, I'll be working. So there won't be much of a vacation”
R: “Okay, thank you very much”
Kerem: “Thank you very much”
