@lemmingstribes I’ve been saying for years the Bay Area should annex all neighboring counties, like what NYC did. They have the 5 Boroughs that equate to one city; we should have the 5 Counties of San Francisco.

All those PVC pipes underground will / are slowing deteriorating. Again, Rome did fall overnight, but poisoning your citizens will eventually lead to a collapse.
