Minister Tufton, do you understand that as the ultimate leader of the ministry, issues within said ministry will be pointed back at you, whether or not you directly had anything to do with it, whether or not you were aware of it? It comes with the title, and has nothing to do with picking on anyone. Whether you like it or not, even when you believe it’s unfair, unfortunately.

What you do is set systems in place to ensure that the issues don’t occur, AND that the respective persons governing the various bodies are held accountable to prevent recurrence.
