Dear P'Aof, @GoodMemoriesDMD
I have pondered for a long time if I should make this post or not. But I realized that silence won't help in any way.
I'm speaking from a fan's perspective; from someone who's never once directly addressed this topic because I believed that one more chance won't hurt.
I'm not a stranger to the workforce. I understand that mistakes can happen because no one is perfect. But even Einstein said that foolishness is doing the same thing over and over again and still hope for a different result.
This is not the first or second time this "incident" happened. Once is a mistake; we ask question when it happens for a second time. But if there's a third time, it becomes intentional.
I am talking about Ker. Her behavior makes us doubt if her intentions are truly pure. I am not questioning her abilities here. As a matter of fact, it's because I've seen how capable she is of doing a good job that I am genuinely angry at her constant unprofessional behavior.
So, I have 4 simple questions for you as the CEO and the overseer of the vision of Domundi as an artist management company, and I sincerely hope to get an answer from you:
1. What is the standard of the admin behind the official series and staff accounts?
2. What is the bottom line of unprofessional behavior by which Domundi measures success of their staff, and what are the repercussions associated with this behavior?
3. Why is her pattern ALWAYS causing harms to JJ, an artist who speaks so highly of her and you?
4. How does your staff take accountability toward the public when feedback is given to them?
I have lost interests in artists before; I've even grown to dislike some that I used to love and cherish deeply. However, never in my life have I imagined that I will consider putting a rest on supporting artists that I genuinely love and care for because of a staff behavior.
So, my question still stands: what is the bottom line? How much patience should we still display when faced with repetitive harmful behavior toward the person we fight really hard to protect on a daily basis?
