Funded! ✅
Looking forward to the submission.
With full commitment upfront, the service provider is assured of payment, and I’m 100% confident the work will be delivered as agreed. If not, my funds will be refunded.

I want to put out a mini gig, through @_xpow XCROW but my designer is having his defense atm, I feel he won’t forgive me if I don’t give him a chance. 😂
XCROW IS LIVE!
The wait is over. XPOW XCROW is here to tackle payment distrust and bring a new standard of confidence to digital services.
Clients and service providers can now work with greater peace of mind, knowing payments are secured until agreed conditions are met.
Payment distrust shouldn’t stand between you and your next deal. It's time for a new service world built on Payment Certainty.
XCROW Is Live: A New Era of Payment Certainty
Over four years in the Web3 services industry, payment distrust has remained a thorn in the side of freelancers, clients, and digital service providers. It is not an exaggeration to call it one of the industry's most frustrating challenges.
Deals worth thousands of dollars have gone unclosed. Life-changing gigs have slipped away. Commissions have gone unpaid, and countless transactions remain unresolved even after service providers have delivered the agreed work. On the other side, thousands of projects remain undelivered, while hundreds of clients continue to wait for work they paid for upfront.
When deals rely solely on verbal agreements and the assumption that clients and service providers will uphold their end of the bargain, disputes, unpaid gigs, and disappearing service providers become inevitable risks.
That changed at 3:33 PM on October 20, 2026, when the official @_xpow account announced that XCROW was live on mainnet.
The feature I have talked about, advocated for, and envisioned for so long is finally live and running.
Introducing XCROW: Payment Certainty for Digital Services
XCROW is XPOW's solution to payment distrust, designed to establish a more reliable structure for agreements between clients and service providers. It introduces a new standard for digital service transactions: payment certainty, provided that the agreed work is delivered.
Its value proposition is not one-sided. XCROW is designed to protect both parties throughout the transaction.
Before work begins, the service provider receives confirmation that the client's payment has been deposited into XCROW, both on the platform and via email. This allows the provider to begin work with greater confidence that the funds are secured.
Once the work is completed according to the agreed terms, the client verifies the delivery and releases the payment, which is sent directly to the service provider's wallet.
The process is straightforward: agree on the terms, secure the payment, deliver the work, and receive the funds.
No more starting work based solely on promises. No more relying entirely on trust where a structured agreement can provide greater certainty.
Dispute Resolution When Things Go Wrong
Even with clear agreements, disagreements can arise. Expectations may not be met, contractual terms may be misunderstood, or either party may feel exploited.
XCROW accounts for these possibilities by allowing either party to raise a dispute when the agreed terms are not being fulfilled. This creates a structured path for addressing disagreements rather than leaving clients and service providers to navigate unresolved issues on their own.
The goal is to make digital service transactions more accountable, transparent, and dependable.
Referral Commissions Are Covered, Too
XCROW also accommodates referral commissions, ensuring that the people who connect clients with service providers can be included in the agreement from the beginning.
When creating a contract, users can specify the referral commission percentage and add the referrer's XPOW profile. If the referrer does not yet have an account, the platform provides an option to invite them.
Once the invited person creates an account and connects their wallet, the commission is paid directly to their wallets.
This brings greater structure to referral arrangements and helps reduce the uncertainty surrounding commission payments.
A New Standard for Digital Service Agreements
XCROW represents more than another feature on XPOW. It is a step towards changing how digital service agreements are structured, how payments are handled, and how trust is established between clients and talent.
For too long, capable service providers have lost opportunities because clients feared paying upfront, while clients have hesitated to hire because they feared losing money without receiving the promised work.
XCROW is designed to address that gap by introducing a system in which payment is secured before work begins and released upon verification of delivery, with a dispute process available when disagreements arise.
The vision is simple: let agreements define expectations, let secured payments reduce uncertainty, and let delivered work determine when payment is released.
The feature I have long advocated for is now live on mainnet. The next chapter is about giving freelancers, clients, and digital service providers a better way to do business.
Welcome to a new world of payment certainty. Welcome to XCROW by @_xpow.

Service providers are used to sharing their Proof of Work (PoW) in PDF and PNG formats. Not only that, we typically only share our PoW when a job or gig pitch is progressing positively.
This is the norm for a large number of service providers in the market. Certain professions, particularly content creators, have skills that naturally allow them to make exceptions. However, for many service providers, this model presents a significant limitation. Here’s why:
Imagine a client or product owner has a social media manager or developer who hasn’t been performing properly for some time. The client has been considering hiring a better service provider to replace their current employee, but doesn’t want to go through the traditional route of making a “we’re hiring” post.
So, how does this client discover and review other qualified service providers?
Reaching out to service providers individually via DM is equally exhausting. So, how?
Pending when you come up with an answer you’re unsure of, let me share one with you:
XPOW.
XPOW is building a digital Proof of Work and payment system. The platform allows service providers to document their PoW digitally, showcase their services and related data, and have their work verified by clients, alongside client or employer comments and recommendations.
The edge XPOW provides in the case study above is publicity.
Proof of Work documented on XPOW is public. Clients can search for skills and services on XPOW without having to contact service providers upfront.
This creates a higher chance of getting opportunities you’re genuinely qualified for without having to send out an application. For hiring managers and founders, it makes discovering and scouting service providers easier, faster, and more preference-focused.
XPOW is building the structure for the future of the service industry, a new age where your work speaks for you.

This wouldn’t happen in a world where xpow xcrow is in full swing. Receive upfront as agreed and balance payment immediately the client confirms service completion.
If the client tries to play smart? Raise a dispute.
XCROW is the new world where payment is certain.
I built a school management system for a private academy in Port Harcourt.
Total cost: ₦3.2 million.
They paid ₦1.5 million upfront.
The rest was supposed to come after the first term.
The system handled everything:
Student records.
Report cards.
Fee payments.
Parent communication.
Staff payroll.
It was clean.
Fast.
Secure.
The proprietress called me after launch and said, "This is the best thing that has happened to this school."
I believed her.
Three weeks before the balance was due, she stopped picking my calls.
Not entirely.
She would text back.
"I'm in a meeting."
"Can we talk next week?"
"The school is going through a rough patch."
I understood.
Schools in Nigeria always have "rough patches."
But then I noticed something strange.
The system was still being used.
Every day.
Teachers logging in.
Parents making payments.
Report cards being generated.
The school was running.
But my money wasn't coming.
I checked the server logs.
Someone had created a new admin account.
Not one I created.
Not one the proprietress told me about.
The username was simple: "schooladmin2."
I traced the IP address.
It wasn't from the school.
It wasn't from my office.
It was from a residential area in a different part of the city.
I called the proprietress.
She picked on the second ring.
"Ah, my brother! I was just about to call you."
I said, "Who created the new admin account?"
Silence.
Then, "What new admin account?"
I said, "The one created three days ago. At 2:14 a.m. From an IP address in Rumuokoro."
More silence.
Then she said, "Maybe it's the ICT teacher. He was doing some upgrades."
I said, "Your ICT teacher doesn't have access to create admin accounts. Only you do. And me."
She went quiet again.
I said, "What's going on?"
She sighed.
"Can we meet?"
—
We met at a restaurant in GRA.
She came with her husband.
The husband was a businessman.
Oil and gas.
Always talking about "big money" but never showing it.
He sat down and said, "We don't think we should pay the balance."
I said, "Why?"
He said, "The system is good, but we found someone who can maintain it for less. And he's already made some improvements."
I looked at the proprietress.
She avoided my eyes.
I said, "So you gave admin access to someone else while still owing me money?"
The husband said, "Don't say owing. We're restructuring the agreement."
I said, "There's no restructuring. We have a contract. You owe me ₦1.7 million."
He smiled.
"We'll pay what we think is fair."
I said, "Fair according to who?"
He said, "Fair according to the value we've received."
I stood up.
"I'll be in touch."
