I have made manual payment of my emi still it got auto debited from my account i have raised a complaint through Customer care they told amount will be refunded in 2-3 days but it has been 10 days still amount not refunded and nor customer care picking up call

@EduMinOfIndia I have now filed a fresh CPGRAMS complaint and a formal appeal against this clerical blunder. Requesting urgent intervention from @dpradhanbjp @UGC_India @Ccsumeerut to cancel this fraudulent status, enforce the UGC refund policy, and return my Rs 5500 immediately.

Serious admission fraud and fee refund refusal by IIPPT College, affiliated with CCS University Meerut. After requesting a valid fee refund, an admission counsellor took an OTP fraudulently marked my status as Offer Accepted without my consent.

@EduMinOfIndia Despite an immediate written rejection via within two minutes of the OTP misuse, the college refuses to fix my status or release my money. To make matters worse, CPGRAMS grievance DSEHE/E/2026/0018234 was closed with a wrong reply PDF belonging to TISS Mumbai.
