This hits hard. Being able to witness this firsthand in patients who are in dire need of medical treatment and care but tells you “ay doc, wala po kaming pera” or “okay lang doc, pinoproblema ko pa kung may makakain ang pamilya ko sa araw na ito” breaks my heart so much.
