@Columbia1938 navigating the back & forth between you & OnTrac for an order that was supposed to arrive in Nov. has been absurdly frustrating. Neither side wants to take the blame for what is clearly a lost package and my only recourse is to purchase the item again? Really?
@SFBARTalert Love living in a major metropolitan area with a “world class” transportation system and having to wait 40 minutes for the train every day.
@SFBARTalert So let me get this straight, we’re supposed to wait an indeterminate amount of time for a train that may or may not arrive to go home to a house or apartment that may or may not have electricity. Very cool.
@sfmta_muni It’s really cool how this cycle of train issues and balancing service is a daily ritual. Love to be 20 minutes late to work every day no matter what time I catch the train. Great system we have here, top notch.
Three trains now have passed and gone outbound to the zoo and yet you can’t send one train out to at least attempt to be on time? I know if you answer you’re going to come back with some line about “sorry, balancing service” but it’s meaningless if this keeps happening every day.
@sfmta_muni so is there just no inbound L between 735 and 9 anymore? This week alone it has been off schedule or completely missing nearly every day. How is this acceptable service? This is peak time, people need to get to work and school, and you let us down every single day.
@sfmta_muni four outbound Ns, two Ms, two Ks, two Js in the 15 minutes I’ve been standing waiting for an L at Montgomery station. Whats going on? Terrible service all day long.
@sfmta_muni @kaisoulquest Yep switchbacks like how the L dropped everyone off at WP then we all crowded into the next inbound train and now we’re stuck at Powell for some reason. Great job today, top notch service.
@sfmta_muni where is the inbound L? Already skipped a train and looking like it’ll skip the next. I see no reports of delays on this line. Why is this an everyday thing?
@sfmta_muni Thanks for the info. Would’ve been helpful to know that there was a delay before I had to stand around for 25 minutes. I know I’m beating a dead horse at this point but this is a DAILY occurrence. Literally. You pledge to get better, you apologize, and yet service gets worse.
