Everyone treats the funded line like a victory lap.

It's the exact thing that blew up my accounts.

I said this would take a few weeks back in October. It took 8 months.

I'm funded now.

But here's the part nobody posts:

I wasn't dying at entries. I was dying once the funded account was in sight.

Phase 1 I'd risk 2% per trade. Felt fine, cleared it.

Then the closer I got to funded, the more I'd hold that same 2% size trying to close it out fast. And blow it.

So this run I cut it in half. 1% max. Opened the account at 0.4%.

Locked my rules and strategy before I took a single trade. Cut my pairs down to only the ones I actually focus on.

Fewer trades. Less size. Let the account take however long it needed.

It cleared.

Now after much practice I've decided to have another go at it.

And I'll be doing it in public to share and document my journey.
