The virtual idol group PLAVE, together with their agency VLAST, has taken part in supporting children under protection, at the end of this year.

Child welfare organization Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation announced today that, “PLAVE and Vlast donated a total of 100 million kr won, which will be used in 2026 for regular savings support for children under protection through The Didim Seed Account (CDA, Child Development Account).”

They made the donation through Green Umbrella in order to support smooth transition into society of those children who are preparing for independence ahead of the termination of their protection.

In December 2024, They previously donated 100 million won to Green Umbrella as well, to support pregnant women in crisis. That donation was raised through proceeds from an emoticon project directly created by PLAVE fans, individual donations from PLAVE members, and donation funds from the company itself.

PLAVE stated, "We hope this can be a small source of strength for children under protection as they prepare for their independence." In addition, "We wish this donation will serve as an opportunity to support children's future."

The head of the Social Contribution Cooperation Division at Green Umbrella, said that "We thank them for their continued contributions, and we hope this donation will lead to meaningful changes for the lives of children and families in crisis" adding that "We will continue to provide various forms of support so that all children can grow happily from birth to their own independence."
