6/ That shift alone was a game changer. Curious - if you’re operating in a large TAM, how are you thinking about outbound scale? I’ll share more lessons as we keep pushing this.
Sending 50,000 cold emails a month is not a lot.
We’re scaling our outbound infrastructure pretty aggressively right now.
In January, we were sending around 10,000 emails/month. Now in March, we’re at 50,000+. And in May, we’ll cross 100,000/month, just for our own pipeline.
5/ - which segments are worth doubling down on
And getting that feedback in days, not months
That’s a massive advantage
A lot of people (myself included in the past) underestimate this I used to focus on quality + low volume. Now it’s quality + high volume.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve been rebuilding parts of our processes - automations, AI agents, streamlining workflows. In the coming weeks, I’ll be sharing what we’re building and what’s actually working. Stay tuned.
The last 2 months were intense.
I let part of the team go, hired new people and was onboarding new clients - at the same time. All of it forced me to get back into delivery myself.
And in retrospect... it was the best move I could have made.

as an agency founder, you should never really aim to fully delegate delivery and forget about it. Especially not in times like these, when every week there’s a new tool or a better way to move faster and work smarter.
