A walk with no cars. 15 days of discovery along the A10 road, involving artists, writers & musicians. A Stoke Newington Literary Festival project. Funded by ACE
@hackneycouncil Appreciate that the High St is an unusual situation but someone’s going to get hurt on Tyssen / Bayston Rd with this level of unsupervised chaos. Not to mention huge noise & air pollution.
Another day, another HGV causing major issues trying to turn into Tyssen / Bayston. Stuck on a bollard, driver visibility obviously compromised. Someone’s going to get seriously hurt if this isn’t addressed. @metecoban92@sfajanathomas@hackneycouncil
Wonder how many times the A10 has been completely closed to traffic. Yesterday’s building parapet collapse miraculously hurt no-one but the on-going closure is causing chaos.
Imagine walking into the Telegraph's offices today, knowing you work for the paper that just published that front page. I mean, we all need a wage, but wanking off farm animals would afford more dignity.
Delighted to be doing some more @a10_live writing & storytelling workshops with @TomHuddleston_ as part of the @StokeySchool Summer School this week. Super-engaged kids imagining the future of the road.
