The fence is being installed next to the upstand along the Busway. Closure dates for the path are:

12-19 Feb / 25 Feb - 29 March: Closed between Hills Road & Long Road bridges

19-25 Feb: Closed from Hills Road bridge to Addenbrooke's spur

Signed diversions will be in place.

Next week, to remove bus danger to people walking & cycling and re-enable 2-way bus movements, a new fence will be installed on the Southern Busway by @CambsCC

Parts of the Busway path will be closed from 12 Feb to 29 March.

Further improvements to the path are being developed.

A real alternative and the most reliable way to commute. More secure cycle parking needed to facilitate this. We need that infrastructure.

Melbourn Greenway officers have been invited to the awareness ride, so this will be a chance to share any concerns or ideas about proposals to extend the current route to Royston, divert between Church St Harston and Hauxton, and via the new planned Hauxton P&R

Family friendly A10 Annual Awareness Ride takes place Sept 25th, 10AM from Trumpington P&R (and a walking contingent heading out at same time from the Melbourn Hub).
Cyclists and walkers will head to Phillimore Garden Centre, Melbourn, for refreshments.
