@RailwaySeva @RailMinIndia Complaint regarding train no. 19045 all coaches of SL class toilets are extremely dirty and unusable I have tried calling hlp multiple times but received no response train is currently travelling between Chunar and BSB Pls arrange for immediate cleaning

@drmbct @RailwaySeva staff came for water filling only but they did'nt cleaned toilet as an image attached after cleaning. railway can inspect all SL class toilets of train no 19045 running between BAB and JNU now @RailMinIndia @RailwaySeva @drmbct
