Yesterday, around 9;30pm, the Northern Bypass Maintenance contractor I think Stirling; was burning candles to meet the deadline set by the minister of @MoWT_Uganda @HonByamukama. Stirling taking 3months to fix a section of about 200 meters is absolutely ridiculous. Kudos to Hon. Minister for being tough on these thugs stealing Citizens taxes and time.

Le voir à Point Zéro… libéré est réellement symbolique de la lutte que Twirwaneho et AFCM23 mènent contre un régime fasciste qui n’a que la discrimination des peuples de l’Est - essentiellement les Congolais Rwandophones - comme fondation de sa politique afin de masquer sa gouvernance en faillite.

Tshisekedi @Presidence_RDC a été un choix malheureux pour les Congolais … aucun régime qui l’ait précédé a été aussi désastreux pour les Congolais que le sien, pas même sous Mobutu.
Aujourd’hui, malgré tout les moyens qu’il a investi dans la guerre qu’il a amené à l’Est, il est dans une situation pire que jamais… il est lui-même la clé de voûte du démembrent du pays qui aurait voulu, qui aurait pu, qui aurait dû devenir une nation pour tous Congolais.

We sincerely appreciate the remarkable work being done to improve our country’s infrastructure. We would like to kindly request your support in following up on the completion of the Kagarama–Muyange–Busanza–Kanombe road project by engaging with the contractor.

The current condition of the road has become increasingly difficult for residents and motorists. This is particularly challenging at a time when many road users are being encouraged to use feeder roads to ease traffic congestion.

We would be grateful if this matter could be looked into so that the project can be completed as soon as possible.
