@amanda_begley TBH I think if we really want to avoid pitfalls of productivity paradox we need to focus on use of functionality to augment rather than replace. With LLMs I reckon we're seeing false hope overtake implementation lags as biggest contributor to the paradox
@healthyopinion@RoshanaMN Best not to confuse a medical qualification with skill set, knowledge and competence. A medical doctor may never have been trained to recognise the specific risks associated with Botox injection or to administer an injectable toxin.
@healthyopinion I'm torn on this one. SNEE ICS are a great system for enabling change, early adopter of innovation and have supported a number of healthcare startups to demonstrate the value of their product. Is this simply accelerating change for the right reasons but cutting the wrong corners?
@R1chardatron Not CIO either Rich (soz) but I'm always interested in identified strengths across a team. Operational things will hopefully chug along for a few weeks, but understanding the people quickly is vital for supporting early wins
@nuwandiss@healthyopinion Headline 'stop using antidepressants'. Then the subtitle talks about codeine - not an antidepressant. 1. The plan will have been written by an expert, not a politician. 2. With political (and confusing) headlines like this, the plan hasn't even been given a fair start. Just sad
@R1chardatron Imagine how much more painful it is when, God forbid, someone wants to change a pathway or introduce a completely new solution. Next level patience required!
@tescomobile So the outcome is that @tescomobile can't do anything to help other than try to post another new SIM card via Royal Mail.Even though the previous 2 haven't arrived. @tescomobile store say they can't help. And it's left to me to phone back again.Rubbish service. No solution offered
Terrible experience with @tescomobile after my 17 year old daughter's SIM card broke. 2 new SIMs posted over 2 week period and not arrived. Told the only option is to try posting a 3rd SIM via the same (clearly unreliable) method. Not happy. @tescomobile store equally unhelpful
@tescomobile Thanks Kirsty and @tescomobile for getting back to me. After over 2 weeks of calls to your helpline and visits to my local tesco mobile store I'm keen to hear what you can do differently. Your current process clearly has problems
@healthyopinion@farooq_aslam@TheGPhC I don't argue with your point Sam, but this all stems from the government's hobbling and piracy of pharmacy regulation in 2010. Market growth and regulatory development over the past 13 years have been out of sync and governance has been reactive
