So tomorrow the weather is back to normal again and not violently cold which means I don’t need my coat.. even though today I did. Even though yesterday I didn’t. Even though the day before I did...🥴🤯 British weather and its fluctuation. #inconsistencyisneverthekey 🙅🏻♂️
Being in a good mood regardless of your circumstances is a superpower. It means you have stopped giving the world permission to ruin your day.We often forget that a bad mood is just a habit we have practiced for too long. If you can learn to be miserable, you can learn to be happy
Idk if it’s just me that does this but when someone’s slightly taller than me I stand on my tip toes to even out the playing field. Insecurities #jumping out 🥳
I’ve met some lovely people with autism and I’m always mindblown by their intelligence and their wit... never lose ur spark in a world that tries to eradicate it 🤍
It’s just unfortunate that Alot of “grown adults” particularly aren’t well informed or knowledgeable about people with said conditions... they automatically write them off as bad just because they’re wired differently 😕☹️ the ignorance they spew sucks
A large portion of it I believe chalks up to jealousy solely because they are uniquely different & they’re not Trying to be in a world where everyone Is...
Ngl Idk if I have it or not but this truthfully resonated so heavily... they overlook everyone else’s intentional wrongdoings yet somehow focus only on my mistakes 😭 it’s very delusional and weird
Autistic people can experience intense guilt and anxiety even when they’ve done absolutely nothing wrong.
Sometimes, this comes from years of being treated like there’s something wrong with them simply because they’re different, being criticized for behaving differently, or repeatedly being blamed for things that were never their fault.
Eventually, you can start expecting to be in trouble even when you’ve done nothing to deserve it.
You learn to feel guilty before you even know what you’ve supposedly done wrong.
I saw a post on Reddit that said, “When you walk through a museum, you’re not just looking at art. You’re moving through centuries of people trying to explain love, grief, power, beauty, and belonging.” I don’t think I’ve ever seen a museum described so beautifully.
