I've launched Smart Chrome History, which serves as a replacement for the default Chrome History UI. It significantly improves productivity when searching for URLs in your history.
I’d be thrilled if you could give it a try!

I’m working as a Product Manager, with a background as a software engineer. 25 years in product development.
Currently, I handle healthcare data products in Japan. We analyze medical claims data and propose health promotion initiatives for citizens.
While I’ve built my career entirely in Japan, I want to leverage this experience to create products used across borders. I started this account to connect with PMs and creators worldwide.
Aiming to post every day! Let’s connect!
I just started to implement the side panel feature. For the first version, I wrote all logic in one spec file. The new feature is more complex. Therefore, I need to split the spec into multiple files.
But Cursor seems to be running unstably with multiple spec files. I need to rethink how I organize my specs.

Today, I wrote about a new product idea! It came from my own frustration of trying to find a webpage after forgetting the URL. I’m excited to start scratching my own itch.

The "Mouse Dictionary" extension is an absolute must-have for Japanese English learners.
The UX is so smooth. It also supports "EIJIRO." Huge respect to the developer for creating such an essential tool!

I’d like to research how product managers improve their productivity using AI.
I think trial and error is important. I want to know what I should try first.

I check Yuki Tsunoda’s news more than 10 times a day. He's a Japanese F1 driver.
If you're an F1 fan, you know how important it is if he gets a seat with Red Bull, one of the strongest teams in F1.
If he does, it increases the chances of him becoming F1's first Japanese winner.

I saw an airplane approaching Haneda Airport for landing.
I think it's about 40 kilometers from here, but I could see it clearly.
In project management and product development, the moments of "landing" and "takeoff" are crucial.

I enjoyed cycling along the river near my house. I love the road because it’s surrounded by trees, allowing me to see the surface of the river.
I was very busy and tired last week, so this was a great way to get some exercise and relax.

It explains specifically capabilities for a data product manager. It's the exact role I want to become.
The type of the product that data PMs work on.
The responsibilities of data PMs.
The skills, knowledge and operations that data PMs should cover.

The role that the other company offered me seemed to fit my skills and expertise. And I was very interested in the opportunity to develop new products. But their target market is only Japan so there are no opportunities to use English.
I've finished editing from technical review for "Python for Data Analysis, 3rd Edition" — the Open Access version online now has all chapters available:

It takes courage to say, “I don’t know.” And since Product Managers are often expected to know everything, it's even harder to say. But when you choose to be courageous, you make more authentic products.

I'm looking for good courses for data product managers.
I want to learn about statistics, python and machine learning.
Beforehand, the basics of mathematics must be required.
